underwhelming stay

outdated room rough towels
the location was acceptable, since it was close to many attractions.
The room i booked seemed outdated and smaller than expected. i found the bathroom particularly disappointing. The showerhead sprayed water everywhere, and the towels felt rough (not the luxury i anticipated). also, the minibar was empty. I expected more, i was not able to drink something there.

helpful doormen quick check-in low pressure loud music
The doormen were helpful upon arrival. Check-in was quick. The family room featured two queen-size beds. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the space was super tidy. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a wide variety of options available.
The shower was a little hard to figure out. The water pressure from the shower was not great. I found it disappointing. There was loud music one night.

the location is very central. it is near covent garden. the staff was helpful and friendly. the room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities.
The bed was a little hard. But the bedding was soft.
