Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the Waldorf. The rooms were a bit tired and small, not quite up to the luxury standard I expected, although the huge TV was a nice touch. On the bright side, the hot water and rain shower head were great. The service, especially from Ben, was lovely and helpful, making my partner's birthday weekend even more special. The location was excellent for the Lyceum theatre and Covent Garden, but it felt a bit crowded at times. The dining experience was a bit hit or miss with fantastic choices but also some substandard offerings. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, near major theatres and convenient for exploring London. The rooms are spacious and very clean, offering great comfort despite some tightness with double beds. The service provided by the professional staff is top-notch, ensuring a high-end hotel experience. The dining options are satisfying, although limited in variety.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, well-equipped, and had a modern yet classic design in line with the hotel's age. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the separate sofa and TV room. However, the room was quite small and didn't feel worth the money.
Despite some room issues and dining inconsistencies, my stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The breakfast was great, but dinner service had some shortcomings. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the West End and Covent Garden.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, well-appointed, and a decent size, offering great value considering the London location. However, it was a bit cold. The service was top-notch, with friendly and genuinely helpful staff, though there was a small hiccup with the meal order. The location was perfect for sightseeing and close to Covent Garden and the theater district. The dining experience had varied options, but temperature issues affected some items. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room, while not very large, had all the amenities I needed, including tea, coffee, and biscuits. The service was excellent, with staff being super welcoming and kind. The location was perfect for exploring the theatres and sightseeing in London. The dining experience was fabulous, with a great choice of food options to satisfy everyone.
The hotel room was spacious with a single pull-out bed, which was perfect for our teenage daughter. However, the cleanliness was lacking despite paying a significant amount for our two-night stay. The absence of regular housekeeping, even upon request, was disappointing.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but not as large as expected. The service was friendly and attentive, although there were minor hiccups with the breakfast order. The location was excellent for exploring London's attractions, and the dining experience varied in quality. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel was in a great central location, perfect for a city break, but it needed some upkeep and improvement in service. The room was left uncleaned, and there were issues with communication at the restaurant, though breakfast was enjoyable. The team seemed slow to respond to requests and overlooked giving back a car key, causing inconvenience on departure.
